Peak Pull ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Peak Pull mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number (optional).
2.2 Client Data
As a personal trainer using the App, you may enter data about your clients, including names, measurement data (peak force readings), exercise history, and notes. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before entering their data.
2.3 Bluetooth / BLE Device Data
The App connects to Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scales to collect force measurement data. This includes peak force readings (in kg or lbs), device identifiers of connected scales, and connection timestamps.
2.4 Usage and Device Information
We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the App, including device type and operating system, app version, language preference, crash reports and performance data, and general usage analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App
- Store and synchronize your data across devices (Cloud Sync)
- Enable offline functionality and data backup
- Send you session reminders and weekly summaries (if enabled)
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the App experience
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest. When Cloud Sync is enabled, your data is backed up to secure cloud servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We do not sell your personal data or your clients' measurement data. We may share information with:
- Cloud infrastructure providers — to store and sync your data
